Quote Requests

Once you have sent an enquiry, we aim to get back to everyone within 48 hours, however during busier periods it could be a little longer and we thank you for your patience.

Please note dates are not held on enquiry basis! No order is booked in until you receive a booking confirmation and have paid for your order in full.

Deposits of 30% are needed to secure the booking of cakes and are non-refundable within 21 days of your chosen order date.

The full payment for your order is required 7 days prior to your collection/delivery date and this is non refundable, if this payment is not made your order will not be processed. 

We aim to get as close to your desired design every time but being a handmade made to order food item some or part of the decoration or colours may vary.

A note on AI inspiration images - Please note that any inspiration images generated using AI are used as a guide only and cannot be replicated exactly. AI-generated images often contain details, textures, colours, proportions, and finishes that are not achievable in real handmade products.

While I will always aim to capture the overall style, colour palette, and feel of the design, the finished piece may look significantly different from the AI image. All items are handmade, and the final result will be my interpretation of the inspiration provided, taking into account the materials, techniques, and practical limitations of creating a real, handcrafted product.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that AI-generated images are for inspiration purposes only and are not a representation of the exact finished item you will receive.

Cancellation policy

Treats and cupcakes:

If in the unlikely event you need to change or cancel your treats or cupcakes order for whatever reason you must do this 7 days prior to your collection/delivery date otherwise you will be charged in full for your order.

Occasion cakes and wedding cakes:

Deposits of 25% are needed to secure the booking of cakes and are non-refundable within 21 days of your choosen order date. If in the unlikely event you need to change or cancel your cake order you must do this 21 days prior to your collection/delivery date. We will look at changing the date for you and try out best to accommodate this, however the new date cannot always be possible if we are already fully booked.

EU Cooling-Off / Right of Withdrawal

Our cakes are freshly made, perishable food products. Many orders are also custom-made or personalised to your chosen date, design, flavour, colour, message, size, theme, or specification.

For this reason, the standard 14-day cooling-off right does not usually apply to our products.

Because each order is handmade, small variations in colour, finish, decoration, placement, proportions, and overall appearance may happen. These variations do not mean the product is faulty or incorrect.

We will only consider a refund, partial refund, credit note, or replacement where there is a genuine issue caused by us, such as the wrong product, wrong flavour, missing item, damage before collection or delivery, or a significant difference from the agreed order details.

We may ask for clear photos, the order number, and a description of the issue so we can review it fairly.

Collections

Collections are Tuesdays to Saturdays and are from the following collection points. Please note this must be confirmed and agreed upon during the booking process. You will receive a reminder email the day before your date of collection with all collection details.

Please note custom cakes are only available for collection Tuesdays to Saturdays

Kilconnel
Tues- Fri: 5pm
Sat: 2pm

New Inn
Tues-Fri: 5.30pm
Sat: 2.30pm

The Supermacs Plaza in Kiltullagh
Tues-Fri: 6pm
Sat: 3pm

 

Delivery

Your orders are available for delivery Tuesdays to Thursday usually between 5pm and 7pm. Times may vary but this will be discussed during the booking process. An Eircode is required for delivery as well as a name and phone number of the person receiving the order. There will be a small charge for deliveries and this will be calculated based on your location.

 

Wedding cake delivery and set up.

Delivery and assembly of your wedding cake is available. There is a charge and this will be calculated based on your venue location.
