Refund policy

All our cakes and bakes are baked to order and we do not accept returns. Refunds, credit notes or a replacement order will only happen if you receive the wrong product to what you ordered. In the rare instance this happens you must make contact with us within 12 hours of receipt. Woodlawn Bakes will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
Once you’ve collected your cake from us we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs in transit. We will advise you on collection the best way to travel with your cake and the storage of it. Cakes are fragile and need to be handled with care!
We reserve the right to use photography of orders we use for our website and social media accounts.

Deposits of 30% are needed to secure the booking of cakes and are non-refundable within 21 days of your chosen order date.

The full payment for your order is required 7 days prior to your collection/delivery date and this is non refundable, if this payment is not made your order will not be processed.
