Refund policy

All our cakes and bakes are baked to order and we do not accept returns. 

We will consider a refund, partial refund, replacement, or credit note where an issue has arisen due to an error on our part, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect product supplied
  • Incorrect flavour supplied
  • Missing items
  • Damage prior to collection or delivery

As taste and texture are subjective, personal preference alone will not qualify for a refund, replacement, or credit note.


Once you’ve collected your cake from us we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs in transit. We will advise you on collection the best way to travel with your cake and the storage of it. Cakes are fragile and need to be handled with care!
We reserve the right to use photography of orders we use for our website and social media accounts.

Deposits of 30% are needed to secure the booking of cakes and are non-refundable within 21 days of your chosen order date.

The full payment for your order is required 7 days prior to your collection/delivery date and this is non refundable, if this payment is not made your order will not be processed. 

A note on AI inspiration images - Please note that any inspiration images generated using AI are used as a guide only and cannot be replicated exactly. AI-generated images often contain details, textures, colours, proportions, and finishes that are not achievable in real handmade products.

While I will always aim to capture the overall style, colour palette, and feel of the design, the finished piece may look significantly different from the AI image. All items are handmade, and the final result will be my interpretation of the inspiration provided, taking into account the materials, techniques, and practical limitations of creating a real, handcrafted product.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that AI-generated images are for inspiration purposes only and are not a representation of the exact finished item you will receive.

Right of Withdrawal

Our cakes are freshly made, perishable food products. Many orders are also custom-made or personalised.

For this reason, the standard 14-day cooling-off right does not usually apply to our products.

We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

Refunds, partial refunds, credit notes, or replacements will only be considered where there is a genuine issue caused by us, such as the wrong product, wrong flavour, missing item, damage before collection or delivery, or a significant difference from the agreed order details.

Small handmade variations in colour, finish, decoration, placement, proportions, or overall appearance do not mean the order is faulty or incorrect.

This does not affect your legal rights.
